RadixPlants Beta
Identify your houseplant from a photo
Upload one clear photograph and we’ll suggest up to three likely matches, explain the visible clues, and connect you with a care guide when we have one.
Start with one photo
Show us the plant
For the best result, photograph the full plant in bright, natural light.
Your photo is temporarily processed and sent securely to OpenAI for analysis. RadixPlants does not retain it after the request. Identification is a best estimate, not a guarantee.
How to take a useful identification photo
Show the whole plant
Include its overall shape, stems and how the leaves grow.
Use natural light
Avoid coloured grow lights, dark rooms and heavy filters.
Keep details sharp
Leaf shape, markings and stem structure help separate similar plants.
Varieties, young plants and damaged leaves can be difficult to distinguish from one photograph. If the first result is uncertain, try a second photo from another angle.
